I started coding at 15 and never really stopped. That led to co-founding a digital agency, then building SaaS products from scratch, one of which I sold. Today I'm Director of Business Systems & Strategy, where I own the CRM and revenue systems behind a 70-user sales org. I still think like a builder. The best version of the work is a system nobody has to think about because it just runs.
